We may collect information you provide directly to BE18, including your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, account information, order details, consultation requests, and customer-support messages. Payment-card details are handled by our payment providers rather than stored directly by BE18.
We use information to operate the store, process and deliver orders, manage accounts, provide customer support, respond to consultations, prevent abuse, improve the shopping experience, and meet legal or regulatory obligations.
BE18 may share the minimum information required with service providers that support functions such as payments, delivery, hosting, analytics, communications, fraud prevention, and customer support. Those providers handle data under their own contractual and legal obligations.
The website may use cookies or similar technologies for essential functionality, authentication, preferences, analytics, security, and performance. Browser controls can be used to manage cookies, although disabling essential storage can affect site functionality.
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose it was collected, including order, support, security, accounting, and legal requirements. We use technical and organizational measures intended to protect information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or otherwise control personal information. Requests and privacy questions can be submitted through the BE18 Contact page.
